📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Assist in training and development programs, including organizing workshops and seminars.,Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and payroll.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and office tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a plus.
