📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Supervise and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with the management team to improve store performance.,Ensure a clean and well-organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Good knowledge of English is a plus.,Ability to travel within Kupang as required.
