In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of our events, ensuring they align with our brand values and deliver exceptional value to our clients and attendees. You will work closely with our team of event planners, vendors, and partners to bring our vision to life. With your leadership, we will create experiences that leave a lasting impression on our guests and partners alike.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of events, ensuring they align with ASRI’s brand values and deliver exceptional value to clients and attendees.
• Collaborate with event planners, vendors, and partners to create unforgettable experiences in Bali’s most vibrant locations.
• Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring all aspects of the event are executed within scope and on time.
• Leverage event management software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or Bizzabo to streamline planning and execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure the smooth execution of events.
• Monitor and analyze event metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future events.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including health and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing events in Bali, with a deep understanding of the local market and culture.
• Certification in Event Management (CEM) or a similar recognized qualification is a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Proficient in using event management software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or Bizzabo.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
