📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of graphic designers in creating visually compelling content for various marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, and advertising campaigns.
• Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Mentor and train junior designers to enhance their skills and contribute to the team's growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure that our designs are innovative and cutting-edge.
• Oversee the quality and consistency of all design outputs to maintain the company's visual identity.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback to refine and finalize designs.
• Manage design projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they meet the client's requirements and exceed their expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading design projects and teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including branding, print, and digital media.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative design solutions.
