📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of talent strategies that align with Erajaya's business goals.
• Manage the talent acquisition process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Support the development and delivery of training programs for employees.
• Assist in the management of employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.
• Work with the HCBP Manager to identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
• Assist in the management of the talent pool, including the identification, development, and retention of key talent.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in the management of HR data and reporting, using HRIS systems like SuccessFactors and SAP SuccessFactors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent management.
• Experience with HRIS systems like SuccessFactors and SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
