This is a full-time position based in Tangerang Selatan, Banten, with a competitive salary package of Rp 21.000.000 – Rp 25.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth.
• Manage and track sales pipelines and forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align business development efforts.
• Monitor industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities.
• Report on business development activities and performance to senior management.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends.
