📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently to patients.
- Provide patient counseling and education on medication use.
- Manage pharmacy inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Prepare and dispense prescription medications.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and hospital policies.
- Assist in the preparation of medication orders and prescriptions.
- Perform quality control checks on medications.
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Professional certification from the Indonesian Pharmacy Association (IAP) or equivalent.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and pharmacy management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
