📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Reviewing financial records, policies, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.,Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to management.,Collaborating with various departments to implement corrective actions and improvements.,Ensuring adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements.,Providing guidance and support to staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
