CV Mitra Inti is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior General Affairs professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative and operational activities to ensure the smooth running of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general affairs and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate administrative and operational activities to ensure the smooth running of the organization.,Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Handle and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.,Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and in good condition.,Assist in the planning and execution of office events and activities.,Monitor and report on office expenses and budgets.,Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Affairs role, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of administrative and operational procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
