Hotel Eko Dental Clinic is looking for a Senior IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to the organization's employees and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a passion for helping others. This is a full-time position located in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta, with a competitive salary of Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 9.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees and visitors,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure,Ensure the security and integrity of the organization's IT systems,Provide training and support to end-users,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices,Support the implementation of new IT systems and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software,Experience with network infrastructure and security,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus
