China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to work on HDB projects and contribute to the successful delivery of our projects.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate measurement, cost control, and financial management of our projects. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our project teams, as well as monitoring and reporting on project performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform accurate measurement and cost estimation for HDB projects.
  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure they are within budget.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate cost reports and financial records.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams on cost-related matters.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, including progress, cost, and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Attend project meetings and provide input on cost-related matters.
  • Work closely with other project stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 2 years of experience in HDB projects.
  • Professional registration with the Singapore Institute of Surveyors (SIS) or a similar professional body.
  • Strong knowledge of HDB projects, including their specific requirements and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
