📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of sales associates and provide training and development opportunities.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
