Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and executing pastry recipes.,Maintain the quality and consistency of pastries.,Ensure all pastries are prepared according to food safety and health regulations.,Keep the kitchen clean and organized.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Support the team in achieving daily production targets.,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.,Assist in training and mentoring new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of pastry making techniques and ingredients.,Good understanding of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
