📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU/ICCU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing procedures.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in critical care through continuous education and training.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in on-call duties and emergency response protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ICU/ICCU nursing.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (SIP/SIN) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with electronic health record systems (e.g., SIMRS, EMR).
• Knowledge of critical care protocols and advanced life support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
