As a Lead Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of various civil engineering projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering projects.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Provide technical advice and support to project teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in civil engineering.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
