📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Maintain training records and provide reports to management.,Collaborate with HR to ensure training programs align with company goals and initiatives.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainers and employees.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a retail or similar environment.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successful training program implementation and employee performance improvement.
