📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease execution, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new leasing opportunities and market trends
• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing their needs and concerns proactively
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue
• Collaborate with property management and facilities teams to ensure tenant satisfaction and property upkeep
• Leverage CRM systems like Salesforce to track tenant interactions and lease agreements
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in commercial leasing
• Participate in tenant events and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and tenant loyalty

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial leasing, preferably in a high-profile urban location
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of the Jakarta commercial real estate market and trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems like Salesforce
• Certification in commercial leasing or real estate (e.g., CRE, RICS) is a plus
