📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations of the facility,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff,Handle any operational issues or emergencies that may arise,Maintain a clean and organized work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in operations management,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
