As a Purchasing Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials and products, negotiating with suppliers, and managing inventory. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Source and negotiate prices for materials and products.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Monitor and control purchasing budgets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with internal teams to meet purchasing needs.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews.,Prepare and analyze purchasing reports and data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
