📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including staffing, inventory, and sales.,Ensure the store meets all company standards and regulations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Assist in the development and implementation of store marketing plans.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate records.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools is a plus.,Ability to travel to the store location as needed.
