📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to promote our products and services.,Maintain and grow our customer database by identifying and qualifying potential leads.,Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively communicating with potential customers.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales targets are met.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Passionate about sales and customer service.
