📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell products to customers, both in-store and online.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.,Assist in stock management and ensure product availability.,Conduct sales training and coaching for junior staff.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.,Assist in store maintenance and organization.,Stay updated with market trends and industry developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
