📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room, including assessments, treatments, and interventions.,Monitor and manage patients with acute and life-threatening conditions.,Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and complete patient records.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Provide education and support to junior staff members.,Assist in the management of the Emergency Room, including triage and resource allocation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,At least 5 years of experience as an Emergency Room Nurse.,Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).,Knowledge of emergency medicine and trauma care.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Valid nursing license and good standing with the relevant nursing board.
