📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes to ensure the company hires the best talent.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with labor laws.,Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.,Conduct HR training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
