📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of materials.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Represent the company at supplier meetings and events as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian procurement regulations and standards.
