📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily sales operations and ensure smooth transactions.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.,Promote products and services to increase sales.,Monitor sales targets and report performance to the management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Assist in inventory management and stock control.,Train and mentor junior sales staff.,Participate in sales campaigns and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).,Excellent knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
