📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and operate the retail shop, ensuring smooth daily operations.,Assist customers with product selection, information, and purchases.,Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Promote health and wellness products to increase sales and customer engagement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.,Assist in the organization of health and wellness workshops or events if required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or a similar role.,Proven track record in managing retail operations and customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with health and wellness products is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
