Village Base Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Telemarketing professional to join our team in Pademangan, Jakarta Raya. This role offers a competitive salary package of Rp 6.000.000 – Rp 9.000.000 per month. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving sales through effective communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Develop and implement telemarketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitor and report on call performance metrics to ensure targets are met.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer loyalty.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company-wide sales targets.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance metrics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
