As an Automation Engineer at PT Sarana Makin Mulya, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining PLC programs using ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams. You'll also integrate robotics systems into our clients' production lines, ensuring seamless communication between PLCs, robots, and other industrial devices. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with the latest automation tools and software, including Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, and KUKA Sunrise. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain PLC programs using ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams.
• Integrate robotics systems into production lines, ensuring seamless communication between PLCs, robots, and other industrial devices.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and industry leaders to design, implement, and optimize automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC programming, robotics integration, and industrial automation.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the reliability and performance of automation solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automation tools and software, including Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, and KUKA Sunrise.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams on automation systems and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of smart factory solutions that leverage data analytics, IoT, and AI technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
• Proven expertise in robotics integration and control.
• Proficiency in Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, or similar automation software.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols, such as Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP.
• Certification in PLC programming, robotics, or related fields is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
