📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement autonomous mining solutions, including autonomous haulage systems (AHS), autonomous drilling rigs, and autonomous loaders.
• Oversee the integration of autonomous systems with existing mining infrastructure, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
• Conduct feasibility studies and pilot projects to validate the performance and reliability of autonomous technologies.
• Develop and maintain operational protocols and safety guidelines for autonomous mining equipment.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of autonomous systems, collecting data and providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to ensure the successful deployment and operation of autonomous mining solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in autonomous mining technologies and advocate for their adoption within the company.
• Provide training and support to mining personnel on the operation and maintenance of autonomous systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining operations, with a focus on autonomous systems or similar technologies.
• Certification in autonomous mining technologies, such as the Autonomous Mining Association (AMA) certification, is a plus.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MATLAB.
• Strong understanding of autonomous vehicle technologies, including sensors, AI, and machine learning.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of successful implementation of autonomous systems in mining operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
