📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including cleaning equipment and utensils.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Assist in cash handling and processing transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs) of weight.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a good understanding of local culture and customs.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.
