📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily delivery operations and ensure timely, efficient, and safe deliveries.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse staff to optimize routes and schedules.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Monitor and report on delivery performance metrics, including on-time delivery rates and customer satisfaction scores.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer service.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Train and mentor delivery staff to improve performance and compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or delivery operations, with a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in managing delivery teams and optimizing delivery routes.
• Familiarity with logistics software and ERP systems, such as SAP or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and customers.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
