In this role, you’ll be the heart of our people operations, working closely with the leadership team to design and implement initiatives that align with our vision. You’ll develop and execute strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent, while also fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and well-being. Tools like BambooHR, Google Workspace, and Slack will be your daily companions, and you’ll need to be comfortable with data-driven decision-making.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement people strategies that align with WORQ’s vision and values.
• Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
• Design and deliver employee engagement programs to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee benefits and compensation packages, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Collaborate with HR generalist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular employee feedback sessions to gather insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in people and culture management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in people and culture management, preferably in a fast-growing or startup environment.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing people strategies that drive business success.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems like BambooHR and Google Workspace.
• Passion for creating a positive and inclusive work culture.
