📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead strategic planning and implementation of aquaculture and marine resource management initiatives.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.

• Develop and implement sustainable aquaculture practices to ensure long-term environmental and economic viability.
• Drive innovation in marine resource management through research and development.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure the success of our fisheries zone.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fisheries Science, Marine Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in fisheries management, aquaculture, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading successful aquaculture projects and achieving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the fisheries sector.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to drive innovation and implement sustainable practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
