📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line IT support to call center agents, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure smooth operations.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, such as computers, printers, and peripherals.
• Conduct regular system backups to prevent data loss.
• Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and systems.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
• Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and remote desktop software.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
