📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our TikTok and Shopee accounts, ensuring they meet our business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Create and schedule engaging content for our social media platforms, including TikTok and Shopee Live.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement e-commerce strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of marketing campaigns across all platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and social media marketing.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Assist in the training and development of junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce and social media management.
• Proven experience with TikTok and Shopee advertising platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
