📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and optimize service management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Leverage data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
• Develop and maintain service management dashboards and reports for real-time monitoring.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in service management.
• Provide training and support to team members on service management tools and processes.
• Contribute to the development of service management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in service management, operations analysis, or a related field.
• Proven experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in ITIL or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of agribusiness and food industry operations is a plus.
