📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the palm oil mill, ensuring efficient and sustainable production processes.
• Implement and monitor sustainable practices, such as water conservation, waste management, and energy efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Develop and maintain high-quality production standards, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative solutions for operational excellence.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and achieve operational goals.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of sustainability and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in palm oil mill management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable palm oil production practices and environmental regulations.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software and tools, such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and GIS.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on operational excellence.
• Certification in sustainability or environmental management is a plus.
