📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Extract, verify, and organize clinical trial data from various sources including medical records, patient interviews, and laboratory reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by cross-referencing information and resolving discrepancies.
• Use SAP Clinical Data Management System (CDMS) and RedCap to manage and analyze clinical trial data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical research associates, data managers, and statisticians.
• Document all data extraction and verification processes to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in training and development programs to stay updated with the latest industry standards and technologies.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols to protect sensitive patient information.
• Support the team in achieving project deadlines and maintaining high-quality data standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical data abstraction or a related role.
• Proficient in using SAP Clinical Data Management System (CDMS) and RedCap.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
