📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and screen candidates for international job placements using various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their specific requirements and match them with suitable candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation, onboarding, and post-placement support.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and clients to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and best practices in international recruitment.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve recruitment targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international recruitment or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in international positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills an advantage.
• Certification in international recruitment or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with recruitment software such as Jobvite, Taleo, or similar tools.
