As a Lab Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting various tests and experiments to ensure the quality and safety of our products. You will work closely with our team of scientists and chefs to develop and refine new recipes, flavors, and formulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct various tests and experiments to ensure the quality and safety of food and beverage products.
Collaborate with our team of scientists and chefs to develop and refine new recipes, flavors, and formulations.
Analyze and interpret test results to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
Document and record test results and observations in a detailed and organized manner.
Assist in the development of new product concepts and ideas.
Support the team in achieving production targets and deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Strong background in laboratory techniques, including sensory evaluation, chemical analysis, and microbiological testing.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and industry standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately and precisely.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
