In this role, you will work closely with the business development and engineering teams to identify high-potential locations, develop comprehensive expansion strategies, and implement best practices to ensure the success of new stores. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end store expansion process, from site selection and lease negotiations to construction, fit-out, and grand opening. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in store expansion, business development, or a related field, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of store expansion initiatives across multiple locations in Bali.
• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Oversee the end-to-end store expansion process, including site selection, lease negotiations, construction, and fit-out.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that all new stores meet high standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of new stores and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the store expansion team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and local authorities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in store expansion, business development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and executing store expansion projects.
• Strong knowledge of the QSR industry, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
