📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and optimize the cost structure of mining operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Conduct regular cost reviews and benchmarking against industry standards to ensure financial efficiency.
• Develop and implement cost optimization strategies, including process improvements, resource utilization, and supply chain management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-effective solutions that enhance operational performance.
• Monitor and report on cost-saving initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in cost optimization, applying this knowledge to our mining operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental standards in all cost optimization activities.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost optimization, financial analysis, or a related field, preferably in the mining industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective solutions.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, cost analysis, and budgeting, using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of mining operations, including open-pit and underground mining methods, is a plus.
• Understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices in the mining industry.
• Certification in cost management, financial analysis, or a related field is a plus.
